- Check In Timing: 2pm. Check Out Timing: 12pm.
- All rooms cater to 2 guests except Super Single Room – which caters for 1 guest only.
- Additional Guest Surcharge of RM20 per day will apply to any additional guests above 12 years of age, without extra bed request.
- Addtional Bed Surcharge of RM50 per day will apply (extra pillow and towel will also be provided).
- Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.
- There is immediate public parking infront and behind of the hotel and along Jalan Ong Kim Wee. You may ask our frontdesk staff for parking coupons available for purchase (RM0.60 / Hr)
- Hotel Oversight : Overbooking of hotel rooms (if and when D'Hotel is unable to provide an equivalent or higher valued room).
- Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy : Notice of cancellation must reach D'HOTEL (Telephone: (60) 6 2828284, Fax: (60) 6 282328 4, email@example.com and duly acknowledged by the same office 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date.
If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 72 hours threshold (3 days prior to the arrival date), a one night room charge will be imposed.
- Shorten Stay Policy : If guest shortens his stay, D'Hotel Management will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash or credit card or thru Paypal / MOL Pay, depending on how the first payment was received.
- Damages : The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
- RM2.00 Heritage Tax per room / night will be collected upon check-in.
